About Me
My name is Kristin Tweedale, I'm 21 years old, and a student at Rutgers University. I'm a double major in Political Science and Women's and Gender Studies, I have aspirations to go on to graduate school, and possibly teach at a university one day.
I have been scrapping since I was a sophomore in high school; over 6 years now. Recently I've gotten into Card Making, Paper Crafts and Altered Art as well as scrapbooking. I find that these are really great creative outlets when you want to make things, but don't necessarily have photos that you want to showcase.
Memory-Works i am currently a Memory-Works Independent Consultant, I joined Memory-Works because of the great products they offer. Most of their products can only be found at specialty scrapbooking boutiques, and sometimes not even in those shops. They offer products from some of my favorite scrapbooking companies, such as Basic Grey, American Crafts, My Mind's Eye, and many more. If you would like to view the products that Memory Works has to offer, here is a link to the products page of their website Memory Works Product Showcase, If you are interested in any of their products, feel free to email or call me, my contact information is at the bottom left side of the page.
My Current Projects
Currently, I'm working on an 8x8 album of all of the plays and theatre productions that I have been to. This started out because I had a stack of old playbills and ticket stubs that were just sitting in a corner, so I decided that It would be great to show off this memorabilia in scrapbook fashion.
I'm also always working on different cards for various occasions, and themed card sets and invitations.
Parties and Crops
I will be hosting a scrapbooking party at my apartment sometime in August, I'm not sure of the exact date, but there will be make and takes, product demonstrations, and various techniques to learn. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in joining, or if you are interested in hosting a party or class of your own. Even if you are just starting out and want to learn a little bit more about scrapbooking, feel free to get in touch with me. It doesn't need to have anything to do with Memory Works or their products, I'm always more than willing to give advice and teach anyone. I will also never push products that I wouldn't use, and if I think you are better off getting a product somewhere else, I will tell you. My job is to help you showcase your memories, and whatever way that you feel is best for you, I will help you to move along that path.
